1. What are your opening hours?
We are open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM at both You Spa Umalas (Bali) and You Spa Trawangan (Gili Trawangan).
2. Do you have a spa near Pererenan or Uluwatu?
Currently, You Spa has two locations only:
- Umalas, Bali – just a short drive from Canggu and Seminyak.
- Gili Trawangan – conveniently located a few minutes’ walk from the harbour.
3. Are your products made in Bali?
Yes. All our treatments use our own line of 130 natural and organic products, carefully crafted in Bali with locally sourced ingredients.
4. Can your products be found elsewhere in Bali?
Our products are available for purchase directly at You Spa Umalas and You Spa Trawangan. They are not yet distributed in other shops, but you can order them through our team on-site.
5. Do you offer at-home spa services?
No. To preserve the full You Spa experience, our treatments are available only at our Umalas and Trawangan locations.
6. Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance, especially during high season, to secure your preferred time and treatment. Reservations can be made on via fresha from our website or by phone (contact info).

Yes. We offer spa day packages, couples packages, and seasonal promotions.
9. Can I give a spa treatment as a gift?
Absolutely. We provide gift vouchers that can be used at either spa.
10. Do your spas have showers?
- Umalas: A shared shower area is available for guests who wish to freshen up.
- Trawangan: Several treatment rooms feature private showers, ideal for scrubs, wraps, and ritual baths.
11. Do you have duo treatment rooms?
Yes. Both spas offer duo treatment rooms, perfect for couples, friends, or family who wish to enjoy treatments side by side.
12. Can I buy your products online?
No. Our products are available exclusively in-store, and the ranges differ between Umalas and Trawangan.
